PandB shakes during Master Cleanse, switching back to SWT

I have been on the Master-Cleanse for 10 days now, was planning on doing 14. For the last 3 days I have been having PandB shakes and I have just read that it is not advisable. Today is also the first day I have not had a bowel movement.

Should I now go back to the SWT?
