Hi - You are very wise to be concerned about excess copper from your new IUD. You might to read "Why Am I Always So Tired?" by Ann Louise Gittleman to learn what she has to say about copper IUDs. http://www.artlma.com

also have good articles on copper overload, but I can't remember if they discuss copper IUDs in them.
