I haven't heard any hard fast rule. I have heard Uny say that she waits until she has a BM though. I don't feel comfortable doing a CE right after I eat, I do mine between like 5-7pm and like Uny I don't do one until I know I've had a good BM.
Let us know how you feel after you do one.
