point me in the right direction... brainfog eating and stress


I've tried everything and spent oodles of money to find out what's wrong with me.

The symptoms are pretty basic. Somewhere between 15 minutes and an hour after eating (depending on circumstances) I develope brainfog. My thought process starts to diminish. I have difficulty talking to people, free thinking, and figuring things out. That is my only symptom. I then eat something, and it is like a drug...my brain frees up and my mind is totally clear. The more I eat the better the high and the longer it lasts.

The only other important thing to note is that stress of any kind speeds up the process. The more stressful a situation the quicker and worse the brainfog comes on.

I've been tested numerous times for hypoglycemia. I've had every other conceivable test done at the Mayo clinic and elsewhere. I've tried anti-anxiety medicines, as well as other psyche drugs hoping to curb the stress affected influence. Nothing.

Hoping someone has another idea or has heard of similar symptoms before.
