Silica

Oh yes, I forgot to mention one thing.

I have been drinking human consumption Diatomeceous Earth in my drinking water for the silica for about a year now.

MANY aches and pains have gone away. DE builds collagen from the inside, and as a side note, my skin, hair and nails have never looked better.

I'm about to start to use Boron (Borax) in my water too, because if the silica is the glue, Boron is the brick. Tweet
