No disrespect meant but I had a hard time getting through your post. That said, I have to say, after seeing what your daily diet is like, you are eating mostly gas producing foods. As one who has IBS-D and now eats a mostly vegan diet, excess gas is often a side effect. While this won't stop the gas problem, try eating 2 teaspoons of flaked coconut a day --- it really helps if you have IBS-D. Also, I haven't tried this but another poster said he takes spirulina and that helps with gas odor.
