Stopped taking my anti depressants for a while now and the Depression is coming back, along with some mild anxiety and I find I'm more sensitive to everything said and done to me.
I haven't bought the book ( Depression the way out) yet but it's suppose to prevent depression. You eat a natural vegetarian/vegan diet and use some supplements. I'm going to buy the book tomorrow but just wondering... if anyone has tried his diet? How long will it take to work? Would this really work? I don't want to go back on medication it made me gain a lot of weight and it's hard to get off.
