Others (Uny, Willow, etc) are better suited to address your probs but I'll give my 2 cents based on your post. Just as I started into it I thought "glutin". A detox/ Elimination Diet might be good and provide some diet answers. Buckwheat, quinoa, and amaranth only to avoid glutin/lectin probs. On the vertical lines in the nails, I have that too. Mine, I think, come from autoimmune - prob due to glutin and much bourbon years ago. FWIW
