First Liver Cleanse - Experiences (with pictures)

Performed first Liver Cleanse Friday Pm/Saturday Am.
I am 37 y/o male 5'10" 180 lbs, good health (i.e. no health issues)

Ate very lite on Thursday & Friday, fruits, salad, water, green tea, organic apple juice (unfiltered). No vitamins/supplements on Thurs nite / Friday none at all.

Never drank or ate after 2pm on Friday (fruit and salad at lunch; drank 40 oz water with Apple Cidar Vinegar 2 tsp; lots of apple juice & 3 bags green tea)

6 pm. 1st serving Epson concoction (4 servings = 4 tbs EPSON 1.5 c water & 1.5 c grape fruit juice); I SLAMMED it DOWN; wow is this horrible.
8pm 2nd serving Epson

at about 9:40p big time diarhea blast streaming out nearly all liquid; lots of fluids coming out.

10 pm 1/2 c Olive-Oil extra virgin & 3/4 cup squeezed grape fruit juice. (THIS WENT DOWN SURPRISINGLY EASY COMPARED TO THE EPSON).
took 8 capsules ORNITHINE; TOOK 5 capsule Black-Walnut
WENT TO BED, laid still on back for 25 minutes (lots of gurgling in stomach & on right side liver area); fell asleep.

Woke up often at nite

woke up at 4 pm and felt like I had to go to bathroom, but relaxed until I definitely had to go at 4:45a. Had approx 20 stones (smaller come out then)



Then at 6a had 3rd serving EPSON
more/several bowel movements and more stone .. lots

Then at 8 a had last serving EPSON (yuck.... finally)
most/lots bowel movements after this.

Several 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch stones
probably 200 to 250 stones passed in total



No discomfort at all, however, didnot sleep too well fri nite.

Lite cardio workout at 10:30a; drank apple juice at 11a, ate grapes/ pineapple at 11-11:30a and had a salad for lunch.
Drank Yogi Detox Tea at 1p, drank 3 teabags of Green Tea/Jasmine Flw tea.

Had vege stirfry with brown rice for dinner. (camomile tea/bedtime tea in evening) very pleasant, no discomfort and slept great Sat nite.

Stones pass easily; stones were all green with green, very firm gelatin inside of stone.



Abow is picture of stones (many smaller stones passed through the collander in toilet.) STONES APPEAR BLACK, but they were all green and they turned black as they dried/exposed to air.
