Candida Ball?

Yesterday I took some psyllium colon-cleanse mid-day. Today in my stool I passed a yellow-white perfectly round ball the size of a dime. It looked like a large marble, or a "paint ball" if you have ever seen people who have "paintball gun wars".

Upon poking it, the yellow-white round ball popped and a white creamy, pussy liquid flowed out. The ball then collapsed so that all that was left was a very thin yellowish "skin" that shriveled up.

Any idea what this might be? Could it be a Candida ball? I have read that when under attack, Candida can ball up and form a membrane to try to protect itself. Does anyone have any ideas on this oddity?
