I personally cannot mix the oil with anything. It's just too gross. :( I plug my nose with a nose clip, drink the oil, then the juice, alternating until gone. You truly cannot even taste the oil. I always make sure I plug my nose before I even take the lid off of the oil. :0) Hope this helps.
