Trouble drinking the olive oil drink..need help!

Hello all,

I tried a gallbladder flush about a month ago and had a terrible time getting the olive oil drink down (I used olive oil with grapefruit juice). The oil/juice mix is one I have used several times, but only this time was it impossible for me to take more than a few sips. When I tried to take more than the first few sips, my stomach made cramped like it was going to throw up.

I am fairly certain a friend told me she did a flush with apple juice that did not involve olive oil, and I am wondering if there is a flush that dosen't involve olive oil. When I did some searching, I found no flushes that did not include oil.

I am looking for a flush that is effective and dosen't include oil, or another way to take the flush so the oil does not irritate my stomach.

I am in desperate need to flush, as some of my symptoms are coming back that my first flush got rid of.

Any advice appreciated.
