Girlfriend was molested. Won't let me get intimate with her.

I am an 18 year old girl dating a 20 year old girl. It is my first time dating a girl and I've never been sexually involved with a girl in my life. We're very close and deeply in love but she won't let me touch her down there due to her stepfather touching her every night when she was a child. It kills me to know that and I understand why it upsets her to be touched but the few times she's let me touch for just a few seconds, it was clear that she enjoys it. And she enjoys touching herself. I just want to be intimate with her the way she is with me and I want to be able to feel a girl for the first time. She also won't let me look at her naked because she's uncomfortable with her body. Is there any way I can help her move on from what happened?
