Re: Clark's recipe Question

I'm no expert, but as far as ornithone, according to doctor clark, it's not entirely neccessary. It's really for people who might suffer from insomnia. She says that the waste product of dead parasites is ammonia, and our body may not get rid of it fast enough, and therefore it will keep us up at night. The ornithine helps to pass the ammonia from your system, especially the brain. However, if you have no trouble sleeping, you may be a ok. I don't find that they help me, though i take them, as i have frequent insomnia.
As far as the Black-Walnut , it is the cornerstone of dr. clark's recipe and apparently the most effective parasite killer that she knows of. I think it's essential for her program.
