The only way I can stomach the Epsom Salts is to mix them with apple juice. And I've found the storebought apple juice to be best for this because it tends to be very sweet. The best is Martinelli's regular apple juice, though I've used the sparkling when it's been in my house. It's very sweet and it's made from apples only, no concentrates. I know we're supposed to be all organic here, but for the ES, only this stuff will do. It's actually made it palatable and when I have an attack, it's really the only thing that helps. I've tried the magnesium citrate and it didn't do anything as far as I could tell.
