Re: Magnesium Citrate

There was a lady who used to post on Curezone who always used
the Magnesium Citrate liquid which comes in the bottle which
you can purchase from Walmart, Walgreens or any pharmacy.
She said she had good luck. I have used the Magnesium Citrate
capsules--I took 3 capsules of 180 mg. each prior to the flush.
It did go fine. However, one time I didn not take anything
and woke up 2 hr. later with a horrible attack and then had to
take Epsom Salts to get out of it. So now, because I pass
large stones and large worms, I am now afraid to use Magnesium
Citrate capsules, but they might work fine. But then I would
do the Salt Water flush in the A.M. which works well for me.
