some people do fantastic on emergency, i dont feel that great on it so i would take it if you feel better on it. As far as the minerals i take them in pills and powder. the potassium i take so much that i buy it in bulk powder cause its cheaper.
But you loose a lot of minerals by sweating and it made me mad at first when i first started trying to detox by sweating cause i would get really weak, i would get gas too plus insomnia but then after doing research i found that i need to replace minerals and that really helped. I bought my potassium at walmart but i buy on the net too so. If i buy the pills i have to take 7 or 8 at a time cause they only sell 99 milligrams at a time unless you get it prescribed by a doctor, they make 800 milligram tablets. The poster below made a good suggestion below, cold showers are good too but ease into them, when i first started doing them, i didnt ease into it and got the flu.
