Before I had a chance to read your answers, I bought Hemp Oil, which has Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils. I hope it's OK.
But what quantities it is safe to take Omega 3 and 6 oils to reduce my eczema itching and iflamation?
From what I read on line, the ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 oils in our diet should be 1:2, but we usually have 1:40. Does it make sence to take as a supplement only Omega 3 oil (like fish oil) to make up the difference?
How is the best to take Omega oils, with food or without?
