+ EDIT Re: WOOHOO!!! Congratulations!... Re: Liver explosion after one dose of ES
I'd don't know what self-appointed liver-sheriff of the world created a mandate about precisely how many days should be between the times when one unclogs a severely clogged organ, but methinks your liver, gallbladder and your doctor within should gang-up on him and let out some of that pent-up adrenal stress :)
*!* EDIT *!* The following was written and posted before I checked NU's posting history to see what I might be able to find to help him better, and found that he's posted on the
Liver Flush Forum that he's done several
Liver Flushes already...what I wrote below was assuming he hadn't yet done any flushes. *!*
From what I've read that you've posted, it sounds to me like you were just a few steps away from a gallbladder attack. And getting out a few stones with a dose of
Epsom Salts is a LONG way from being out of the weeds.
If I were you, I'd have slated a full
Liver Flush in a few days from now, and I'd be doing CE's daily (or 2x daily) and sleeping with a castor oil pack on my liver every night in the meantime.
Since you haven't done a full/thorough
Colon Cleanse (unless I missed something), you're likely not having 3bms daily), so it is ESSENTIAL when
Liver Flushing to do something to ENSURE all the toxic debris that's released from your liver/gallbladder is out of your intestinal tract and into the toilet asap after the flush. CE's are THE best way to ensure this (because they will increase bile flow and help 'move along' anything that was on the verge of coming out from the flush AND they increase peristalsis throughout the intestinal tract). But IF#1 or those 'day after doses of ES' will work. (remember, your adrenals sit on top of your kidneys...and anything that stresses your kidneys WILL stress your adrenals. Guess what stresses the kidneys? yep, ES. In fact, all magnesium supplements are contraindicated when the kidneys are compromised). Also, those with adrenal issues are likely to have an electrolyte imbalance - when we take ES, water is drawn from the bloodstream into the intestinal tract (hence the side-effect of "butt pee)...and this actions ALWAYS throws off the electrolyte imbalance (which can worsen symptoms of adrenal stress). So do your best to stay away from the
Epsom Salts - you'll feel much better if you don't whack your adrenals with a chemical hammer.
Blessings,
Uny
