As a general rule of thumb one can expect 8oz. of juice per pound of carrots.This will be subject to the carrots and there growing conditions.Some juicers are more efficient than others along with juice quality.The greenstar is a great juicer but a bit harder to use than the vert which does a great job but there is an issue with the juicing basket.Good luck and happy shopping.
