What you're describing does sound like NPD.  NPD is very, very difficult to diagnose.  There are no standard tests that can conclusively identify narcissisistic personality disorder, nor are there chemical or organic means that will help to manage it. 

It is very important for you to understand that you and other family members have done nothing to cause this.  But, knowing this doesn't mean that you must accept her bad treatment and participate in her games.  It's very difficult when it's a family member (especially, a parent), because it's "family" and, as Blue Rose pointed out, children do not have options available that adults do.  But, you can make the choice to educate yourself about NPD and protect yourself from the damage that can be inflicted.  Keep reminding yourself that you are not responsible for her issues and say it out loud, if you need to.
