We can distill it down to this...

It is an informational reality. Some call that 'energy" But the energy has variance to it. This variance is information for lack of a better term. The information flows, connects and interrelates. This is what gives us the entire shebang as we know it and experience it at all levels. Think of an elaborate holodeck. Could go into great detail of the hologrraphic aspects, the harmonic aspects and the scalar wave aspects but it comes down to....

coherence = harmony
lack of coherence = disharmony (dis ease)

Clean up the code to get harmony (health)

Do this at all levels of reality and you're good to go.
