Re: What are you required to disclose to the Census Bureau?

Yeah I've seen that video before and we got our census today. And all it asks for are basically name, age, sex, race, how many in household, phone number, and what type of house, and if you own or rent it.

The constitution actually says:
Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.

"By law direct" means how ever they want. So for me they're only asking basic information and it's not worth the fight. If they want more later, then they can come here and I'll have that guys lists of questions and my video camera waiting for them. :-) Tweet
