Liquid vs. powdered pectin

1 tablespoon liquid pectin = 2 teaspoons powdered pectin

(Just in case you can only get one over the other, or in case you'd rather have the powdered so that you can have a larger quantity on hand. Or you can make your own by boiling down tart apples ... there are various recipes out there, so I'm not going to post here. You can do an Internet search.)
