Pectin for arthritis and fibromyalgia
A co-worker has been trying it, and just after 24 hours IS noticing it helping. Someone came in and mentioned it to her yesterday because she's got severed and degenerating disks in her back, plus advanced arthritis in back, hip and hands, and fibromyalgia. A woman needing a knee replacement here in town wanted to avoid surgery, so gave it a try, and waited a good month after trying before telling people it was working (to make sure she wasn't imagining it) ... she's much improved and not limping any more. My co-worker did the three doses yesterday, and today isn't feeling her fibromyalgia and her hip and hands aren't hurting at all ... and normally with the weather what it is today, she'd almost be incapacitated and she's not.
1 tablespoon of liquid pectin (like liquid Certo, which is used to make jelly, get it in the canning supplies) in a glass of grape or cranberry juice in the morning. Or to boost start, you can take 2 teaspoons 3x day (which is what my co-worker did).
Pectin is just from apples, so it isn't likely to cause any problems if you wanted to give it a try. There are other health benefits with pectin, too, like lowering cholesterol.
