"why was Lugol's effective for you in the beginning?"

first it was the only Iodine i was getting. later i began doing high doses and putting it in orange juice to make iodide. i think i was soaking the Iodine up.

i have not done much research on this new info about converting T3 back to T4. i am going to have to think about it. i am intrigued, no doubt. Tweet
