The coffee enema is a great idea- it will clean out the toxins from the colon fast.

The reason you are getting headaches is due to what they call "die off" from the parasite cleanse. This does show that your cleanse is killing these parasites - because they leave off toxins when they die.

Make sure to stay hydrated in between your meals- as this will help flush out alot of the die-off toxins. and do that coffee enema !
