Makes sense imo.
One of my problems *may* be that I have a very high metabolism, always had that. Some weeks, without endurance training and no physical job, I can average 4000 kcal/day without gaining weight. Not sure what to do about that or if it means anything, but you keep saying to avoid big meals and many calories, which is kinda hard for me.
