Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think there's going to be the bad toxic dumps, and such a bad issue with the displaced/stirred up metals and toxins like before.. as long as the doctrine is being ran regularly.

The unfortuate thing about the "experts" that have their specific areas they are focused on, is just what you said--Cutler doesn't know, or focus on parasites being involved.
