 what gives the burping feeling like there is nothing in your stomach, sometimes if i hadnt eat for a while its really raw and sore up the food pipe. After eating its just constant burping the food down the pipe.

Either the stomach is not completely empty or it is possible that you are swallowing air. When people do this the body heat expands the air leading to same problem as the gas from fermentation.
