copper toxicity with adrenal fatigue?

Dr lam, from your experience how common is copper toxicity with people with adrenal fatigue?
I have been reading it's very common,

I cant help thinking many of my anxiety symptoms could be to do with copper overload..

Do you know if there is any reliable test for checking copper levels?
