Dr lam, from your experience how common is copper toxicity with people with adrenal fatigue?
I have been reading it's very common,
I cant help thinking many of my anxiety symptoms could be to do with copper overload..
Do you know if there is any reliable test for checking copper levels?

This is a reply to # 1,587,781its not common. you can ask your doc for a functional test for copper level, but bear in mind results often have little correlation with clinical symptoms. Thus I dont use it often.- Dr. Wilson #58606
