questions? help for someone with kidney stones/pain..UNY

ok here is a little info ..this guy needs help and relief from pain..

he is 28
kidney failure runs highly in his family
his twin brother died of renal failure
he has already had 1 kidney transplant (got it from his mom)
he cant get in to see doctor till 28th of this month at the VA..
he has been to the ER but they wont give him anything for pain only Antibiotics

he has kidney stones in one kidney
had 10 kidney surgerys too

is there anything we can do for him to 1.get him outta pain
2.get rid of his kidney stones 3. heal his kidneys

I gave him the kidney tincture to take and he has been taking it but it not giving him any relief yet ..he has been taking it for about a week now.
