Re: Day 17 on the mastercleanse and I am confused about something...PLEASE HELP

I started MCing 3 yrs ago, best thing I have ever done, 1 of the best.
I only have 2 days of regular bm after that it's let it rain let it rain, U get my meaning.
I Master-Cleanse 15-2-25 days, 4 times a year.
I choose not to eat a Western diet, it will surely land you in many doctors offices.
I Master-Cleanse when the season stasrts, new season, new me,seems 2 work great.
People ask me how do I fast during the holidays and my birthday, I tell them I don't need an excuse 2 over eat, which seems like that's what some not all do during the calander holidays.
