Tell us again exactly where your spots are located and what color they are. Both lips, vermillion border, any inside your cheeks, etc.?

This study showed 95% of 2462 people in the study had fordyce spots, with 80% having them on the vermillion border of the upper lip:

It could be purely coincidental.

It says also under differential diagnosis (meaning very similar but must be ruled out): "Sebaceous hyperplasia (enlarged sebaceous glands with numerous lobules around a centrally located wide duct)"
