I have Fordyce spots. Bad. They became noticeable in the last 2 yrs but I've had severely irritated/peeling lips for around 5 or so. I think they popped up after I stopped using Aquaphor/moisturizers, started Protopic at night, and let my lips get ridiculously dry during the day. However, I strongly believe that taking Accutane about 8 yrs ago caused this whole mess. I had never needed to use chapstick before in my life until the Accutane. Then my lips became gradually worse over the years after I stopped treatment. Tweet
