It is can differ between one to the other.
Yesterday evening I had my fifth Liver-Flush and 'between running to the loo' I have done some work - Prior to drinking the OLIV OIL. that was my time to rest - read.
If you're not looking for stressing time you most likely be able to make it efficienly in use.
