Flush needed when:
frequent pain in right quadrant of body after eating fatty foods
frequent heartburn and/or nausea
pale or clay colored stools
undigested food in stools
Flush may help when:
sudden onset of allergies
skin breaks out, uneven tone and texture
dark circles or bags under eyes
menstrual cramps, unusually heavy flow
sudden onset of depression
Regular flushes should be done with or without symptoms when:
taking regular doses of medications, both prescription and OTC
history of poor diet, especially high fat, refined foods
when doing ultra low calorie diets or extended fasts
involved in unusually high stress situations
if health changes for worse after emotional or physical trauma
back or shoulder pain where no injury has occurred
