selenium is something you should take no matter what. i would not neglect the salt or vitaminC. the B vitamins are also a good idea. most people need magnesium and boron, too. and i highly recommend checking your B12 stores by getting a few shots of it.
those things will restore a ton of biochemical functions in the body. once those adjustments have been made, attention to diet and exercise should be able to sustain a person with minimal supplementation to be determined by the individual. after a while you will just know when you need something except you wont be seeking it from fake food.
