As far as I know, no. But I could be wrong. Have I tried it? No.
I'll tell you what worked for me though. I used a herbal tooth powder (I live in Asia, so I don't expect you'll get it where you live, it is more like a native herbal tooth powder so I don't even know the ingredients.) But it worked like a wonder. Using toothpastes like Colgate and Pepsodent for so many years hardly ensured any dental health, in fact, I think they did the opposite. There is a tooth powder called Vicco Vajradanti (powder, not paste) in some Indian stores in US. I have been told that works too but I have not tried that because for me the native stuff works fine.
All the best for freeing yourself from the chronic iron deficiency. I have read: that iron supplements for a person having iron def makes the problem worse. Research a bit more, ask people around here and you might get the answer. That might stop the bleeding too. Good luck mate!
