Personal attacks and hyperbole to make your point?
"To deny the benefits of 81 mg aspirin while promoting your known deadly poison that has and does kill people, aka oleander, is ludicrous."
You seem to have a problem when anyone posts anything that disagrees with you. Responding with personal attacks and hyperbole - such as calling me a purveyor of poison or calling others MLM lovers. That does nothing to prove your point, though it does point to your character and slant.
Show me one instance where my so-called deadly poison has killed anyone. Aspirin on the other hand has killed and injured a great many people. I am not, nor have I ever, denied its benefits. I have merely pointed out that it is not side effect free, has caused harm, and that there are safer natural alternatives that can help prevent cancer from returning.
Regardless of the source or kinds of fruits and vegetables one consumes, are you trying to somehow equate apples with oranges and compare the safety of aspirin to that of fruits and vegetables? Though organically grown heirloom vegetables may be impractical for many, additional vitamin D3 and iodine should be practical for almost everyone.
"The fruits and vegetables of today bear close to zero resemblance to their landrace originals"
You wouldn't be guilty of more than a little hyperbole, would you? I bet you could go back to the time of the landrace originals and still be able to pretty much pick out what plant was what. What you would not find back then would be aspirin or any other lab created synthesized compound.
We have been improving crops since the days man first began farming. Some would have us believe that only the fruits and vegetables available to paleolithic man are natural and safe. That would assume that man has somehow stopped developing and adapting. I disagree. When such improvements are made to increase pesticides that may be harmful to man and animals that consume them then I have a problem with them regardless of how they were created.
Likewise I have a problem with any crop that was genetically modified to be "roundup ready" so that it could withstand and ingest herbicides that have been proven to be harmful. Personally I prefer heirloom fruits and vegetables grown organically. I realize that is not practical for many people, in which case organic produce would be a better option - preferably produce which has been locally grown
