am I rifing too much?
I started by just doing 4 separate frequencies for lyme, bart, babs, ehrlichia. for a total of 4 mins.
I am not too good with programming the f165, but managing somewhat.
I copied some in from Newports page.
I also copied in the cafl.
So I've been rifing something different every night. I'll do the 4 mins of lyme & co-inf., then I'll go through the list and see what's appealing. I did parasites_flukes twice, retrovirus, adenovirus, staph and strep, scabies....all things I've had in the past. But these cafl frequencies run for about 1.5 - 2 hrs sometimes. Is that okay? I just set it up and fall asleep with it running. But is this considered too much rifing to start with?
Also, on the F165, is there a way to see what has been programmed in? Like not the name of the file, but say if it's a sweep of certain frequencies or once it's in do i have to just watch it to see what frequencies are being hit?
