No, I have not used any of his herbs or done fasts. But I read his forum every day like I do Andreas, liver and bowel ones and sometimes I check other ones.
The only thing I got from his forum was that they talked about a chi-machine which he uses every day and I checked with Andreas about it and he has one too. I bought one, I am 69, and liked the idea that it moves the lymph fluids.
I prefer not to do fasts, use herbs regularly (once I had a bad reaction from herbal tea), I even felt funny with Julia Chang's herbs and everyone likes them.
My problems are different from you, I don't even know if I have parasites and don't really worry about it.
Since I mainly follow Andreas, who believes in cleaning so there is nothing too much to eat for the critters.
My problems are mainly Depression (with the brainfog) and gallstones.
I would suggest to check out what Ayurvedic bodytype you are. I TRY to follow it. I can get up in the morning and feel fine and if I eat the wrong thing, I fade away. My brother, who was visiting, said he could even see it (in my face)happening.
One time someone on the forum had trouble eating papaya and he mentioned his bodytype and I looked it up and it said to avoid that food.
There are so many books and suggestions that it is hard to find what will work for you. I had looked into Ayurveda may be 20 years ago, because it was in and they had a big Maharishi center in the next town over. So at least I was aware of it.
Since I am not educated in this I can only suggest do all the cleaning and eat right.
