there are interesting videos to watch on youtube, showing what the live spirochetes look like- how they spin and break into new spirochetes, how they go into the "cyst form" Newport was referring to, and how they group together into one big mass. There are also videos that show the spirochete "cork-screwing" it's way into a blood cell- blowing up the blood cell, and then scurrying off to find another one.
At the top of Newport's list to you, he says:
