My friend had this in hospital after being treated for her primary condition with Antibiotics . Have you been tested for it. It doesn't just go away either. She still has bouts of it. Do a google search and see what you come up with.

This would be my first concern...

Usually your sinus's can give you black eyes. I personally no of no anaemic condition in which blood tests for red blood cells are not correct, Black eyes are not always associated with anaemia.

As for everything else...this from a total stranger to you. If your are sick travelling to India instead of home seems suicidal.
Now you are having gall bladder attacks too? I don't know where home is but home is probably better for surgery than Thailand?
