GARLIC!... and a couple tips
Hi there Lahrok!
I'll let Uny and Willow answer about the cayenne etc.
Have I beat my flukes? Don't know for sure, but I think so. I've only seen one in the past month, so I think they're mostly gone.
Those disgusting things... Ugh.
Wanna beat flukes? One word for ya: GARLIC.
I had tried a couple other parasite protocols & saw a few roundworm type parasites, but never many flukes... I only knew I had a problem with them after eating a lot of garlicky salsa this year and seeing around 50 of them floating in the toilet later! (for those who don't know).....
Uny recommended garlic and boy does that ever kill them. I took 2-5 cloves of fresh garlic every day (for about a month). I crushed about 2-3 cloves at a time in a little apple juice, with cayenne. (I started with 1/8 tsp cayenne powder, and worked up from there).
Used IF#1 & 2, and daily coffee enemas.
And Boy did I see flukes! I'd say over time I saw 100-150 of the little boogers go to their eternal doom.
I recently started Unyworm and hadn't been doing garlic, but after I did a few ACV bombs (with garlic) I saw another really big fluke. So for flukes, I think garlic is key, and I think Uny would agree.
Good luck to ya!

p.s. Uny recommended this little gem, and boy is it great! The Garlic Twist. Makes the work of crushing garlic SO much easier: http://www.amazon.com/NexTrend-GT-Clear-Garlic-Twist-Clear/dp/B000173JMS/ref=...
To bash the garlic before crushing, instead of using the bottom of the Garlic Twist like they recommend -- or a large flat chef's knife like I used to do -- I've found the BEST way to do it is to use my heavy mortar & pestle. Mine is small but heavy ceramic. The base of the mortar (that's the bowl thingie. I had to look up which is which!) is pretty flat, and I just drop that baby on the garlic, and it does a PERFECT job.
