Well my two cents are that the body requires salt.
There is augument about what kind of salt one should consume but the answer to your question is "TOO MUCH SALT CAN CREATE A PROBLEM", but one must consume salt.
I did notice that article you uploaded and I hope you don't mind me saying PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE!!! I looked into that article in regards to the ACAI berry. Firstly it's total rubbish in respects of what they claim, and secondly they will pull you into a contract that will take time and money to pull out, TAKE CARE!
