While I appreciate you taking the time to help me, I think that one of the main points of my thread went un-noticed. My blood pressure extremes, during 2003, when I had very unhealthy high blood pressure, and I was very sickly and dying was:

All of 2003: Readings=1032; Average=151/96; Minimum=108/68; Maximum=188/119

My blood pressure extremes, during 2008, after going on a very healthy diet was:

My Blood Pressure average for all of 2008 was 122/72, based on 2543 readings.

I posted my blood pressure statistics because this type of data cannot be found anywhere else on the Internet and others dealing with blood pressure problems might be able to benefit from the statistics. What I did to get my blood pressure down to very healthy levels was diet, a healthy, low calorie, high fiber, small meal, frequent eating DIET! No supplements! No pills! No additives! Just a basic healthy diet! I found it amazing just how simple it is to have good health, even if you are someone like me suffering from a physically damaged heart.
