Could I do the "Iodine Paint Test" to tell how deficient I really am in Iodine?
Would it be smart to supplement with Iodine without discussing it with my Naturopath...like it could make my hypothyroidism worse?
I also recently found out my great grandmother had a large goiter..I have a nodule, do ya'll know how it could be related? Could the nodule turn into goiter?
So to keep the nodule from getting worse, the supplementation of Iodine should be used?
And they said her goiter was due to lack of iodine...
