penile candidiasis

I have candida internally and follow a typical anti-candida diet as well as taking coconut oil, garlic and pau d'arco (a few other vitamins etc)

If I don't have sex I'm ok, but after engaging in intercourse, I seem to develop a rash - on my penis, which after extensisve searching and reading, I'm sure is penile candidiasis.

My partner is not infected, nor does she get infected by me.

And I can say that it's reasonably mild compared to pics you see on the net. Nevertheless it's not completely going away and is troubling me.

I prefer the natural approach and have tried coconut oil as well as yoghurt applied directly to the area. Both help but don't seem to get it gone 100%, more like 80-90%.

Should I use an over the counter chemical cream based on Nystatin? or is there other natural methods I can try?
